About this Service
What is Skyliner e-ticket?
It is a service to purchase Skyliner and other tickets on the internet for non-Japanese citizens.
Can everybody use the service?
This service is provided only to non-Japanese citizens.
May Japanese nationals residing abroad use this service when visiting Japan?
This service is provided only to non-Japanese citizens visiting Japan. Japanese nationals may not use the service.
Can non-Japanese citizens use the service inside Japan?
You may use the service if you are non-Japanese.
Is the price the same even if I purchase a ticket at a station to use on the day?
We sell Skyliner one-way tickets at non-discounted prices in stations. We do not sell Skyliner round-trip tickets in stations. The price of the Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket is the same if you purchase a ticket at a station to use on the day. However, when purchasing a ticket at a station to use on the day, it is only possible to pay in cash (Japanese yen).
Reservation/Purchase
What is required to use Skyliner e-ticket?
A credit card for payment, and a passport to present when receiving the tickets.
Which credit cards are accepted?
VISA and MasterCard and American Express and JCB are accepted.
When is the purchase price deducted from the credit card?
It is deducted when receiving the tickets at a ticket counter.
From when can I reserve the tickets?
The reservation may be made from 20 days prior to the day you wish to board a train.
What is the maximum number of tickets which can be reserved at one time?
Tickets for the total of 8 passengers may be reserved at one time, but only if reserving the same type of ticket.
Can I reserve a Skyliner one-way ticket for one person and Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway ticket for one person at the same time?
You need to reserve these separately by ticket type. You can only reserve one type of ticket at a time.
Can I reserve just a Tokyo Subway Ticket?
You can only reserve Skyliner one-way tickets, Skyliner round-trip tickets and Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Tickets (a Skyliner ticket and Tokyo Subway Ticket set) on this site. We do not sell just Tokyo Subway Ticket.
What is the information required to be entered when reserving the tickets?
Email address, credit card information, full name, gender and nationality.
Are all passengers required to enter email addresses and credit card information?
The information of one person as a representative will be enough.
I have not received the confirmation email after the reservation (credit card authorization). Has my reservation been completed?
It could happen that the email was not delivered due to typos in the entered email address or anti-spam measures. Even if you have not received the email, your reservation (credit card authorization) is completed as long as a ticket exchange number is displayed on the page after the reservation (credit card authorization).
How can I inform my accompanying passengers of the information?
Please click on the button [Email information to accompanying passengers] on reservation the reservation (credit card authorization) completed page. Then a mailer will start up. By entering the email address of the addressee, you may send her/him the reservation (credit card authorization) information.
I was required to enter other numbers when paying via credit card. What is this?
It is a personal identification called "3-D secure" which credit card companies implement.
To what ages does the children's fare apply when riding the Skyliner?
"Children" means passengers between the ages of 6 and 11 (or up to 12 if still in primary school). Passengers who are already the age of 6 but not yet going to primary school are not considered as "Children." We will charge the children’s fare/fee if an infant uses a seat on the Skyliner by himself/herself, so please purchase a children’s ticket in this case.
To what age does the children’s fare apply when using the Tokyo Subway Ticket?
"Children" means passengers between the ages of 6 and 11 (or up to 12 if still in primary school). Passengers who are already the age of 6 but not yet going to primary school are not considered as "Children."
What is the maximum number of reservations per person?
The maximum number of tickets which may be reserved at one time is 8 tickets (only if they are the same ticket type), but there are no limits on the number of reservations per person.
Can I transfer the rights to others?
No.
Ticket Reception/Boarding
Can I board the train directly if I have an exchange number?
No. Please make sure to first exchange your exchange number for your tickets at a designated ticket counter.
When is the deadline to exchange my exchange number for a ticket for my desired Skyliner departure time?
Up to five minutes prior to the departure time of the train you want to board.
Can I designate a seat or a wagon of Skyliner?
Yes. Please let the staff know about your desired seat or wagon when receiving the tickets.
Is boarding the Skyliner of the day for which I have applied guaranteed?
Not guaranteed before receiving the tickets. Please come to the counter in good time for the train you wish to board as the trains may become full just before departure.
Is a print-out of the exchange number required to receive the tickets?
Not necessarily required. Please present the ticket exchange number on a smartphone or a memo with your passport at the ticket counter.
May I present a memo of the exchange number?
You may use the service with whatever presents the exchange number, including a memo.
I've lost my passport. Can I board without a passport?
This service always requires the presentation of a passport when issuing the tickets. You may not use this service without presenting your passport.
Why do I need to present my passport when receiving tickets?
This service is provided to non-Japanese citizens, and we accordingly confirm the nationality of customers when issuing the tickets. Thus, we sincerely ask you to present your passport.
Is the print-out of the exchange number collected?
No.
Can I board the train at a station different from which I have designated when making reservation (credit card authorization)?
Yes.
Is the credit card used for the reservation (credit card authorization) required when exchanging the tickets at a counter?
No. It is enough just to present the exchange number and your passport.
If I have reserved a Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket, can I exchange the exchange number at Nippori Station and Keisei Ueno Station?
No. If you have reserved a Keisei & Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket, you must exchange your exchange number for the ticket at the Narita Airport Station / Airport Terminal 2 Station Liner Ticket Sales Counter, the SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER or the Keisei Electric Railway Ticket Counter (Narita Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 1F).
If I have reserved a Keisei Skyliner round-trip ticket, can I exchange the exchange number at Nippori Station and Keisei Ueno Station?
No, if you have reserved a Skyliner round-trip ticket, you must exchange your exchange number for the ticket at the Narita Airport Station / Airport Terminal 2 Station Liner Ticket Sales Counter, the SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER or the Keisei Electric Railway Ticket Counter (Narita Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 1F).
Skyliner and other tickets
Can I board the Evening Line and Morning Liner with a Skyliner ticket?
No.
What trains can I ride with the Tokyo Subway Ticket?
You can ride all lines on the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway. Please ask a member of staff for more details.
Do I need to specify a seat when using the Tokyo Subway Ticket?
No.
I will use the Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket, but do the day I use the Skyliner ticket and the day I use the Tokyo Subway Ticket have to be the same?
No. However, you must use the Tokyo Subway Ticket within six months after you exchange it from the exchange number.
If I will use the Skyliner round-trip ticket, when do I specify the seating position and car number on the Skyliner on the return trip?
When you use the Skyliner round–trip ticket, we will give you a Skyliner ticket for your outward trip and an exchange ticket for your return trip. Before boarding the Skyliner on your return trip, please present this return trip exchange ticket and then tell a member of staff your desired seat position and car number.
Changes/Cancellation
Is there any cancellation charge?
No.
What should I do if the number of passengers increases from when I made my initial reservation?
You may reserve the additional tickets before receiving the tickets.
What should I do if the number of passengers decreases from when I made my initial reservation?
The tickets will be issued in the actual number of passengers.
I have reserved Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket one-way 24-hour ticket. However, can I change this to a Keisei Skyliner & Tokyo Subway Ticket round-trip 48-hour ticket?
Please display the “Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details” page from this site and then cancel the applicable reservation (credit card authorization) before making a new reservation (credit card authorization).
Can I change the Skyliner which I am to board when receiving the tickets?
Yes. It is possible only once without additional charges.
Can I receive a refund after already receiving the tickets?
We will only refund you if you have used none of the tickets after you have received them. A prescribed service charge will be applied.
What if I want to cancel?
Please go to "Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website and cancel the concerned reservation (credit card authorization).
What if I want to change the day I board Skyliner.
Please go to "Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website and cancel the concerned reservation (credit card authorization).
What if I forgot the exchange number?
Please go to "Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website and display the information of the concerned reservation (credit card authorization) to review the exchange number.
What if I entered a wrong email address?
Please go to "reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website, cancel the concerned reservation (credit card authorization) and then make a new reservation (credit card authorization) again with the right email address.
I have reserved tickets for the section between Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and Ueno Station with a Skyliner one-way ticket. Can I change the section on which I take Skyliner to the section between Narita Airport Terminal 2・3 Station and Nippori after the reservation (credit card authorization)?
Yes. Please ask the staff for changing the section when receiving the tickets.
What if I mistook "adult" for "child" when entering information?
Please go to "Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website, cancel the concerned reservation (credit card authorization) and then make a new reservation (credit card authorization) again with the right classification of adult and child.
Can I make a stopover after receiving the tickets?
Yes.
Provided that we board the Skyliner at Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and that one of us gets off at Nippori while another gets off at Ueno, what should we do?
Please reserve tickets for Ueno and get off at Nippori.
Can accompanying passengers board even if the representative person unexpectedly become unavailable?
Accompanying passengers may not board if the representative person is unavailable. Please go to "Reservation (credit card authorization) Information Details" page in this website, cancel the concerned reservation (credit card authorization) and then make a new reservation (credit card authorization) again in the name of a person who is available.
