About Keisei Skyliner

The Keisei Skyliner is a high speed train that operates between Narita Airport and Ueno that offers comfortable passenger interiors. The Skyliner provides non-stop service to Nippori Station, which offers easy connections onto JR lines, as well as Ueno in the heart of downtown Tokyo. Passengers can travel between the airport and Tokyo without the hassle or stress of transfers or congestion. The Skyliner offers three serveces each hour. Interior
Open and spacious interior cabin

Ambient lighting produces a bright and crisp interior, while the high domed ceiling offers a sense of openness like few other passenger trains. The Skyliner's interior is so comfortable that passengers may not want to disembark after the quick 40-minute ride from Narita Airport to downtown Tokyo.

Spacious vestibules

Doors separating the passenger cabin from the vestibule use glass materials that provide an open and clean look that also ensures bright lighting and a spacious feeling. Floors use Japan's traditional ichimatsu checkered pattern arranged in a wave-like design.

Comfortable seats

Ergonomically designed seats feature a large pitch of 41.3 inches (105 cm) and width of 18.5 inches (47 cm). Each seat also features its own power outlet that can be used to power personal computers or other devices.

Storage space for luggage

A spacious storage space for luggage is provided between the passenger cabin and vestibule of each car. Security cameras can also be found in each car, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

  • *1 "Children" means passengers between the ages of 6 and 11 (or up to 12 if still in primary school). Passengers who are already the age of 6 but not yet going to primary school are not considered as "Children."
  • *2 If you purchase a Skyliner round-trip ticket, the ticket may be exchanged only at Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and Narita Airport Terminal 2・3 Station. Tickets may not be exchanged at Ueno Station or Nippori Station.
